Myra Eyebrows provides beauty, brow, lash, waxing, facial, skincare, check-in, waitlist, and related salon services. Service availability, pricing, timing, and staff availability may vary by location.

Online check-in does not guarantee immediate service. Wait times are estimates and may change based on customer flow, staffing, service length, and salon conditions.

2. Online Check-In and Waitlist

When you check in online, we may ask for your name, phone number, location, and selected services. We use this information to manage your visit and communicate waitlist or service updates.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If your phone number is incorrect, you may not receive updates.

3. Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number through our website, online check-in, forms, or in person, you agree to receive text messages from Myra Eyebrows related to your visit, waitlist, service updates, customer support, and related service communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

4. Appointments, Walk-Ins, and Availability

Walk-ins are welcome where available. Online check-in helps us manage customer flow, but does not guarantee a specific appointment time. Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or unavailable due to staffing, demand, or other operational needs.

Beauty and skincare results vary by person. You are responsible for informing staff of allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent treatments, medications, or other concerns that may affect your service.

We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.

Your Service Agreement & Care Guide

At Myra Eyebrows, we want you to look and feel your best. Before you book, please take a few minutes to read through this agreement. It covers what to expect, a few things you'll want to share with us, possible risks (rare but important to know), and how to care for your skin, brows, and lashes before and after your appointment.

By checking the box on the waitlist page, you're letting us know you've read this, you understand the info, and you're good to go.

A Few Things to Know

  • Everyone's skin and hair are unique, so results can vary.
  • We can't guarantee a specific outcome, but we'll always do our best to get you the look you want.
  • You'll need to be 18 or older (or bring a parent/guardian if under 18).
  • Please let us know about any allergies, health conditions, or medications before your appointment so we can keep you safe.

Possible Risks

Most people don't experience any issues at all. At most, you may notice a little redness, tenderness, or irritation that usually goes away quickly. In rare cases, other reactions may occur:

  • Threading & Waxing: redness, bumps, sensitivity, or ingrown hairs.
  • Tinting (Brows, Lashes, Henna): itching, swelling, uneven fading, or temporary staining.
  • Lash Extensions: irritation, adhesive sensitivity, lash breakage, or eye infection.
  • Facials: redness, peeling, or a breakout as your skin adjusts.

We'll always do everything we can to minimize these risks, and following the pre- and post-care tips below helps a lot.

Pre-Care: Before Your Appointment

Threading & Waxing

  • Skip retinol, exfoliants, and chemical peels for 48 hours.
  • Don't tan or sunburn before your service.
  • Come with clean, makeup-free skin.

Tinting (Brows, Lashes, Henna)

  • No waterproof mascara or brow makeup before your visit.
  • Stop lash serums 24 hours before.
  • Let us know before service if you have sensitive skin.

Lash Extensions

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.
  • Limit caffeine beforehand (it can make eyes flutter).
  • Remove contact lenses if possible.

Facials

  • Stop using retinol, acne meds, or exfoliants 5–7 days before.
  • No tanning or sunburn right before your treatment.
  • Arrive with a bare face.

Post-Care: After Your Appointment

Threading & Waxing

  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, pools, and sun for 24 hours.
  • No makeup or heavy creams on treated areas for a day.
  • Soothe with aloe vera if needed.

Tinting (Brows, Lashes, Henna)

  • Keep brows/lashes dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid rubbing or oil-based products.
  • Stick to gentle, oil-free skincare.

Lash Extensions

  • Don't get them wet for 24 hours.
  • Avoid mascara and rubbing your eyes.
  • Clean daily with lash-safe cleanser.
  • Sleep on your back if you can.

Facials

  • Avoid direct sun, heavy makeup, or exfoliants for 48 hours.
  • Always use sunscreen.
  • Follow any extra tips your esthetician gives you.

Liability & Agreement

By booking with us, you understand that:

  • Side effects are rare, but possible.
  • You'll share any health info we should know about.
  • You'll follow the care instructions we give you.
  • Myra Eyebrows isn't responsible for unexpected reactions, infections, or results that differ from your expectations.
